36x36 inch original mixed media painting

I've been dreaming, sketching, and playing to find my way to creating work that feels very expansive to me. This new direction has been on my mind for a long time and I really feel it with this piece. It began with the “Winter Feeling” series where I worked with a more limited palette. Now I’m building on that and bringing a feeling of spaciousness to my work while keeping the layering and exciting details that I love to incorporate.

“Threshold Moments” is a beautifully layered original acrylic/mixed media painting. It was created on a 36x36 inch gallery wrapped canvas that is 1.5 inches deep. The edges are painted with a sepia tinted wash.

It’s ready for you to hang on your wall. It has easy to hang hardware (adjustable Wall Buddies hangers) installed on the back and has small clear bumpers to keep it from moving around once you have hung it.
