"Stratus," named for the low-lying clouds that are often gray, is 36×48 inches on gallery wrapped canvas.

This painting is more minimalistic than many of my other ones, but I've been trying to bring in more of a feeling of expansiveness into my work. While there isn't as much contrast and color, there is a lot of visual texture and layering which makes the piece feel both subtle and exciting.

“Stratus” is a multi-layered original acrylic/mixed media painting. It was created on gallery wrapped canvas that is 1.5 inches deep. It does not come framed, but I wanted to show a photo of one of the possibilities that could complement it if you chose to do that.

It’s ready for you to hang on your wall. It has easy to hang hardware (adjustable Wall Buddies hangers) installed on the back and has small clear bumpers to keep it from moving around once you have hung it.
