12x12 inch original mixed media painting in a maple floater frame

This painting was inspired by a hike I took one time in Colorado that led me into a meadow of goldenrod. It was beautiful, being surrounded by all that yellow. In Nebraska, goldenrod is our state flower, but the Colorado field was more abundant than anything I’ve seen here.

“Walking Through Goldenrod” is a beautifully layered original acrylic/mixed media painting. It was created on a 12x12 inch wood panel and framed in a simple maple floater frame.

It’s ready for you to hang. It has a sawtooth hanger and small clear bumpers to keep it from moving around once you have placed it on the wall.
