“Taking Flight” is a primarily abstract painting, creating a sense of a landscape. Through it flies a flock of birds on their way south for the winter.

This is a multi-layered original acrylic/mixed media painting. It was created on gallery wrapped canvas that is 1.5 inches deep. The painting carries around the edges giving a finished look. Three little birds fly around the edge, leading the way.

It’s ready for you to hang on your wall. It has been securely wired and has small clear bumpers to keep it from moving around once you have hung it. This painting does not come framed, but I wanted to show how it might look if you chose to do that.
